I have an amazing school! The teachers strongly care about the education of their students and make sure to prepare them well for their future whether in college or not. Right now we are barely beginning the process of building the new high school building which should have really good facilities. We also have an IB (International Baccalaureate) program which gives students a world view of studies along with a great variety of AP classes. Our district also has a building for specialized career path classes such as an EMT program with Tarrant County College and more.

I feel my experience in academics may be skewed as I was in the International Baccalaureate Program. However, the mere offering of this program is an example of the care the district puts into their student's education. I felt safe for all 3 years I attended a high school in this district and even more so as the school began putting up more security and increasing faculty presence.
